Dear Members,

If you care about the future of our Association, we warmly invite you to join us for this important General Meeting. As many of you know, our Association has reached a critical point: low participation in outings and a lack of volunteers willing to take on roles within the Executive Board have put us in a difficult position.

This will be a short but essential meeting, and with your presence and support, we can preserve what was built so many years ago.

There will be no guest speaker. Instead, the floor will be open to you — our members — to share your thoughts, concerns, and ideas on how you can contribute to strengthening our Association.

Following this meeting, the current Executive Board will be dissolved, and we must form a new one. Please remember we are a Tourist Guide Association — not a job agency or a social club. We exist to support professional guides, to encourage networking, and to learn from one another.

Final note:

As in past years, during the last 20 minutes of the meeting, we will hold a raffle. All proceeds will be donated to our beloved charity, Good Shepherd. With Christmas approaching, your support is needed more than ever. Please remember to bring cash.

Please Note: We are unable to provide minutes from our last meeting in March due to the absence of several board members, including our Secretary.
